You can and should scrape your tongue (get a stainless steel tongue scraper) before you drink the water, and that will remove most of the germs from the mouth.

I don’t feel comfortable drinking water before brushing. Is it ok to drink after brushing?
BTW, will the germs in the mouth will reach the intestine, if water is drank without brushing?

I’ve just started since the cancer doctor said, i have only 6 months to live. this water process would be a great testimony if it works.
